It's not really opening week anymore in Whistler but its close enough so we will call this one opening week(s). Here is a look at the early season terrain parks at Whistler and Blackcomb. This our first edit since Colin Gallant and Jordan Sullivan moved out here for the winter, Hope you enjoy.

Wakeskate Promo

The last few weeks in Whistler have been pretty boring for colin and I but it's given a chance to finish up some projects we've been working on. Here is our 2010 wakeskate promo that features some bangers from the river weve been saving as well some other winch spots that we got a chance to hit over the summer. Watch this video once everyday to get you through the winter.

Pre-Season 2010

This pre-season was kinda bitter-sweet. It was probably one of the most fun couple of sessions we've had while mud boardin' on account of our new box and all. But it also brings a bit of a tear to my eye because it is the last time the "crew" will be riding together for awhile. Since half of us(Colin&Jordan) have relocated to Whistler, British Columbia for the winter.

ABD

This last winter we saw very little snow, which made for very little opportunities to experiment with new things. Thats kinda how we came up with the title of this movie, it's not like we tried to, but some of the things in this movie may happen to be ABD(already been done). None the less we are still proud of our very first snowboard movie.

New Feature

Built this new skate/pre-season snowboard box a little while ago and we thought we would post some pictures as a little sneak peak to get everone ready for our new pre-season snowboard edit coming out in a few days.

NineOhhFridays Ep. 10

Finally a new epsidode! It's been a while since wev'e put out a NineOhhFridays but this one deffinately makes up for how long it took. Cam finally healed up from his sprained ankle and got back onto the miniramp with Cooper to throw down some gnarly manouvers for the edit. Jordan and I also got a few shots as well...Check it out for yourselves!

End of Summer Wrap Up

Soo, as you may or may not have noticed…once again we slack bigtime on making posts…but here is one to officially wrap up the end of summer. Within the last couple weeks a few things have happened. For starters, Jordan entered the annual Sarnia WAKE Up Call Competition and placed first, so give him a high-five or two the next time you run in to him.

While on the topic of contests, Cooper placed third at the latest skate comp at Mckinney… he deserves a highfive too. Next up for the list is Cam…he recently sprained his ankle skating, and has not been on the board for over a week…maybe a hug is in order for him and not so much a highfive. Check out the video for his bail.

 Because of the injury, to our dismay we have had to delay Episode 10 for a short while, hopefully he will have a speedy recovery and we can start filming again. Also, we finished building a brand new miniramp which is super fun… Hopefully the next edit will include some of that!

We have also rebuilt our winch park and have been filming that as well.

 Lets see….Colin. Nope, Colin is currently out of school and unemployed. Which can only means one thing, he has all the time in the world to edit our up-coming short film ‘ABD’. Expect that sometime later this month! Here is the teaser if you havn't seen it.

 Tanner, as usual has been doing nothing but ‘wheeling’ as they say. Ladies, any one of you could be next. That about sums up what we’ve been up to this summer, so keep checking back for more goodies.

Niagara Falls Snow Park Video Wars

  A couple of weeks ago we made a trip to Niagara Falls New York to film an edit for the Video Wars contest that is being held at Niagara Falls Snow Park. If we get the most "likes" on youtube by September 30th we win $500 and get entered into the finals and have a chance at winning $5,000. So help us out and "like" the video on youtube so that we can win some money!

NineOhhFridays Ep. 9

This past weekend we travelled to Montreal, Quebec for our first cable riding experience. We drove up Friday night to ride Le Beach Club all day Saturday, and then camped out to ride WOW Plaza all day Sunday. As you can see time flew by so fast on Saturday that before we had a chance to get the camera out of the car they were calling last ride :(

So as awesome as wakeskating is, some of us enjoy an equal amount of both that and skateboarding…which just so happens to be what  NineOhhFridays episode 6 will be including! Heres a picture…

NineOhhFridays Ep.5

Ep 5 is basically the conclusion of another great snowboard season (other than maybe a few arena sessions). We decided that a good way to finish things off would be to get all our throwaway footage together. So I guess you could also call this an ABD “B” footy edit. It’s short and sweet, enjoy!

March Break!!

While most teens were out getting drunk and stupid, the NineOhhFive crew were out getting some much needed last minute shots for our short film (ABD). Let me assure you this was not an easy task but all the challenges we faced made the successes much more rewarding.

Just when i was starting to forget the rain, mud, small rails, lack of speed, lack of snow, lack of motivation that comes with arena riding we got cursed with an other session... Rain can suck it!

NineOhhFridays Ep. 4

  
Weighing in at 4 minutes 12 seconds Ep. 4  is our shortest episode yet, but dont let its size fool you. This Febuary was full of activities, athough some have been kept top secret in order to maintain some hype for our not so full lengh movie coming out some time after the season. Anyways enjoy some new footage from the re-built brimacombe park, a few tricks from a little handrail session, and a quick game of snow in location X.

It's On!

 It finally came, that little snowfall we’ve been waiting for all of February hit us in perfect timing and the crew was on it. So here are some shots of our snow filled weekend. First Fail Friday!

   While brain storming for some original new video ideas we came up with this really cool idea to go to a spot on a Friday and try a trick on your first try! Being called First Try Fridays... Turns out this is harder to do than we expected so instead we named this one First Fail Friday.

Tanner/Rail/Stowe!

We got off to a busy start this month! Which means we have a number of  events to report on. To make things more convient for everyone ill try to get through it all in one post.

First and for most we would all like to welcome the newest member of the crew!

Tanner Gallant aka T.J. Gallant also known as god's gift to women.

He would like to let all the young ladies out there know that he is single and looking for a good time. Nothing serious during the shred season of course.(905-244-9850)

  

Our quest to get shots also continued this month with the slaying of another Bowmanville handrail.

This was also the first handrail we hit using the banshee bungee. Things went flawlessly other than one minor bungee miss-hap. Luckily no one was hurt and we captured it on film. Look for the footy in NineOhhFridays Ep. 4

To Wrap up this post we have some photo's of a recent trip taken by Anderson C.V.I to Stowe Vermont.

Members of this trip included Jordan and long lost crew member Adam Bone.
